These Terms explain how you can use the Passso platform, including the fan companion app, influencer features, and admin tools for tournaments, cities, and partners.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Passso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms referenced here. If you are using Passso on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must comply with local laws and be legally permitted to use the service in your country. Certain features (such as influencer tools or admin dashboards) may require additional verification or agreements with Passso or our tournament partners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting illegal or harmful content, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security controls, or using Passso in ways that endanger fan safety. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or partner venue policies.

4. Content & licenses

You retain ownership of content you create (such as posts, photos, and live streams) but grant Passso a license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our safety guidelines.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Passso provides guidance, predictions, and information to support travel, navigation, and safety, but cannot guarantee accuracy or real‑time completeness. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for following directions from stadium staff, authorities, and emergency services.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify partners or users through the app or email.
