Child safety & standards against sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Passso has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes minors, depicts or solicits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), facilitates grooming or trafficking, or otherwise endangers children. This applies across the Passso app and related surfaces we operate (including chat, social posts, live streams, and media uploads).
We enforce these standards through technical safeguards, automated detection where appropriate, and human review for high‑risk contexts. Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, and escalation to competent authorities where the law requires or where we assess there is a credible risk of harm.
If you encounter suspected CSAE on Passso, report it to support@passso.com with as much detail as you can safely provide (links, usernames, timestamps, and screenshots if helpful). We treat these reports as highest priority. Do not forward or store suspected CSAM; if you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Application & data security
We use modern cloud infrastructure, encryption in transit, and industry-standard authentication to protect accounts and data. Access to admin tools and analytics is restricted to authorized personnel and partners, with role‑based permissions.
Safety‑first product design
Features such as emergency shortcuts, local contact information, and regulation awareness are designed to help fans make safer decisions on match days. Recommendations do not replace guidance from stadium staff or authorities, but aim to surface helpful context quickly.
AI & content moderation
Our AI systems and influencer social wall are moderated using a combination of automated checks and human review where appropriate. We work to reduce harmful or abusive content and to prevent misuse of translation and recommendations in sensitive contexts.
Incident response
We maintain internal procedures for monitoring uptime, responding to incidents, and coordinating with partners during major events. In the unlikely event of a security issue affecting user data, we will investigate promptly and notify affected partners and users as required.
