This Policy explains how Passso, developed and operated by myAlert Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the fan companion, influencer tools, and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as account details, preferences, and content), as well as limited usage data (like app interactions, approximate location for navigation, and device information) to power features such as maps, crowd intelligence, and recommendations.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, including personalized route suggestions, AI match explanations, safety alerts, and social features. We may share aggregated, de‑identified insights with tournament organizers, cities, and partners to help them manage crowd flows and fan experience.

3. Location & safety features

Location access is used to power navigation, fan zone guidance, and emergency assistance features. You can control location permissions in your device settings, although some features may not work without them.

4. Data sharing & third parties

We may work with trusted providers for infrastructure, analytics, and communications. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to Passso. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. You can manage many settings directly in the app, and can contact us for additional requests.

6. Retention & security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, as described further on our Security page.
